The weekly pool (shared with Grok) covers only Cursor’s own models (Grok, Composer). Claude, GPT and Gemini are never in the pool: on Premium and above they’re billed at API list price from prepaid credit from the first request (Teams/Enterprise add a $0.25 per 1M-token Cursor Token Rate); Free and Plus can’t use them. OpenAI is winding down its contract supplying models to Cursor, with a proposed end date of 12 November 2026; after that, GPT models in Cursor need your own OpenAI API key or a compatible gateway and work only in local Chat and Agent (OpenAI Help: Using OpenAI models in Cursor).
